Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to join our metal stamping facility. You will be responsible for performing reactive and preventative maintenance on CNC Mills/Lathes, stamping presses, heat treat furnaces, and other critical machinery. Responsibilities Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on CNC Mills/Lathes, stamping presses, and heat treat furnaces. Maintain and troubleshoot feeders, decoilers, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, motor controls, bearings, flywheels, clutches, and sprockets. Interpret in-depth blueprints and schematics. Troubleshoot electrical systems including 480v 3-phase and perform LOTO. Utilize tools like voltmeters and manage electrical outlets and switches. Essential Skills 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience. 2 years of experience in electrical troubleshooting with 480v 3-phase. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Ownership of a set of tools and a locking toolbox. Comfortable working at heights, utilizing scissor lifts and stand-up forklifts. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in facility maintenance including plumbing and hydraulic hose lines. Degree or certifications in relevant fields. Although the machinery is older, the environment is supportive, and the position provides training on the 1st shift for an extended period before transitioning to the 2nd shift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goshen, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
