Together, We Shape the Future The Role This role is essential in
driving operational excellence through lean practices, data-driven
problem solving, and the implementation of 5S and other continuous
improvement methodologies. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Lead and
facilitate CI initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste,
and improve product quality. Champion 5S implementation and
sustainment across manufacturing areas to promote workplace
organization, safety, and efficiency. Analyze production workflows
and metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and 5S principles to optimize
manufacturing processes and layouts. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to execute improvement projects and ensure
alignment with operational goals. Develop and deliver training on
CI tools including 5S, root cause analysis, and visual management.
Track and report KPIs to measure the impact of CI efforts and drive
accountability. Support new product introductions by designing
efficient and scalable production systems. All other duties
assigned . OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES To ensure Kelvion’s Standard of
Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every
product we produce. Follow all company policies and procedures,
including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles,
Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational
Framework REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES) Strong
knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other CI
methodologies. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI,
Minitab, etc.). Excellent communication, facilitation, and project
management skills. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or
higher) preferred. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing
Engineering, or related field. 3 years of experience in a
manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
Proven experience implementing and sustaining 5S programs. PHYSICAL

Personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping,

articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability
to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on

and/or boards of directors. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work
with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and
trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,
percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret
an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or
diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
