Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Helper Job Description This role involves assisting secondary operators or roll forming machine operators in a general labor capacity. The position requires loading and unloading parts from the production line, deburring formed parts, performing quality checks, and packing finished goods for shipping. Responsibilities Assist with setup, loading, and unloading of parts from the production line. Deburr all formed parts that come from the machine operator. Conduct quality checks on parts. Use hand tools to load and unload parts. Pack finished goods for shipping. Essential Skills Experience in fabrication and operation within the steel industry. Previous labor experience. Ability to load and unload materials. Additional Skills & Qualifications Industrial experience is beneficial. Machine operating experience is a plus. Experience in deburring is advantageous. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
