Job Description Job Description Precision Grinder HireCall is seeking a Precision Grinder for a valued Tulsa client Pay Range: $20 – $26 per hour, depending on experience HireCall is hiring a skilled Precision Grinder to join a well-established manufacturing team in Tulsa. Our client builds high-quality, precision components that support essential industries worldwide. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys working to tight tolerances. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and enjoy working with precision machinery, this role may be a great fit. What You’ll Do Set up and operate precision grinding machines, including surface, OD/ID, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency Select, dress, and maintain appropriate grinding wheels for each job Inspect finished parts to verify tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes Perform routine maintenance and light repairs on grinding equipment Work closely with teammates and engineering staff to troubleshoot issues and improve processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in precision grinding or high-tolerance machining Experience with a variety of grinding machines, tooling, and materials Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safety-focused mindset If you meet these requirements, please submit your resume to teresa.harmon@hirecall.com or call 918.933.5560 to schedule your interview with Teresa.
