Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized
support within a K-12 school setting in Bentonville, AR. This leave
contract position offers the opportunity to work closely with
students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and
communication disorders, helping to enhance their educational
progress and overall communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for
students with speech and language challenges Deliver direct therapy
services to students across K-12 grades Collaborate with educators,
parents, and other professionals to support student progress
Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with
school and regulatory standards Participate in meetings and provide
input on intervention strategies and educational planning Preferred
Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working as an
SLP in a school setting Strong understanding of speech and language
development in children Ability to communicate effectively with
students, families, and interdisciplinary teams Flexibility and
adaptability to meet the needs of students on leave coverage
