The residency program is scheduled to commence on February 16, 2026
. Duration: This one-year program offers extensive support and
training, equipping new nurses to successfully navigate their
initial year in practice and laying the groundwork for a rewarding
career. Available Opportunities: New graduates will have the chance
to be placed in the following departments: Cardiac Critical
Care/ICU Stepdown Critical Care/Medical ICU Emergency Department
Labor & Delivery Medical Surgical Medical/Telemetry Mother/Baby
Neuro NICU Observation Oncology Ortho Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: Must have 12 months or less of nursing experience.
Education: A nursing degree from an accredited institution is
required. Licensure: A temporary nursing license for Arkansas or a
compact nursing license is necessary. Certifications: Basic Life
Support certification from the American Heart Association is
