customer-focused environment. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist
guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive and welcoming
experience. • Electronically check in visitors and manage their
information accurately. • Maintain detailed records of transactions
and interactions with customers. • Collaborate with team members to
ensure smooth daily operations. • Deliver exceptional customer
service by addressing concerns and resolving issues efficiently. •
Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding
services or processes. • Uphold company standards and policies
while interacting with guests and colleagues. • Identify
opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and implement
solutions. • Support the team in other administrative tasks as
needed. • Proven experience in customer service. • Proficiency in
order entry and maintaining accurate records. • Strong
communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to remain
calm and focused on details in high-pressure situations. •
Familiarity with electronic systems for managing guest check-ins. •
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Capable
of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
