POSITION SUMMARY: Cornerstone Health Solutions (CHS) is a fast-growing, health system-based service provider. We help other health systems build, develop, and operate their own specialty pharmacy program aimed at providing exceptional patient care and outcomes while delivering significant financial results. Our partnership model assists with all aspects of specialty pharmacy program development (including embedding pharmacy resources directly within clinics), leveraging our deep expertise acquired from directly operating within an academic health system and health plan. CHS is seeking a proven Digital Marketing & Event Coordinator.The Digital Marketing & Event Coordinator will participate as a member of the Client Development and Marketing team, planning and executing digital campaigns, measuring the performance and analytics of digital campaigns and coordinating event planning and execution. This position must utilize skills including team-based interaction, project management, goal setting and administrative support. The Digital Marketing & Event Coordinator must have the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and exhibit organizational skills. This is a demanding and diverse role that includes a mix of administrative tasks, project coordination and creative work.This person will assist in the generation of specialty pharmacy sales leads through digital campaign marketing, innovate to strengthen CHS' market and brand awareness and serve as the main point of contact for our industry, client and internal events. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

  • Create and manage project plans and campaigns for various digital marketing and event activities
  • Build strategies to publish display, social media, SEO and web advertisements and build schedules for each digital campaign
  • Coordinate events and meetings by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and managing mailing lists to ensure event success
  • Manage the events budget and calendar for CHS including any industry, client or internal events
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the events budget on an individual event basis and annually
  • Provide administrative support to each member of the marketing and event teams as needed
  • Maintain email lists for internal and external communications
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and venues
  • Collect and track recommended improvements for CHS events and execute in accordance with Client Development and Marketing leadership
  • Provide support in social media monitoring process as needed
  • Assist in creating and collating marketing materials as needed
  • Maintain files and graphics for event related projects
  • Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests
  • Actively promote CHS events and presence
  • Create and communicate CHS playbook for each event
  • Identify and manage inventory of promotional merchandise

    • Bachelor's degree required in marketing or a related field CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED :

      • Certificates in fields related to digital marketing and website development/optimization are helpful. Google certification is a plus. Extensive knowledge of the predominant digital marketing platforms is critical. A good grasp of marketing automation and lead software is also beneficial. EXPERIENCE:

        • Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing and event coordination required. Marketing or sales experience related to specialty pharmacy or healthcare preferred. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

          • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing
          • Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
          • Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
          • Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
          • Able to work with colleagues at all levels to develop digital marketing goals and analyze and evaluate results
          • Calm individual who can operate and thrive under pressure with deadlines
          • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook
          • Basic knowledge in graphics arts software (Adobe, Wordpress) and HTML for website applications or willingness to learn
          • Experience using Salesforce
          • 20% travel required to attend all CHS events (including meetings and conferences across the US)
