Job Description:
Job Overview: The candidate for this position will be
responsible for developing new small business relationships by
cross-selling applicable products and services to create lifetime
customers and generate additional business partnerships. The
candidate for this position will be responsible for: Providing
direction and support to the lending staff and servicing existing
business loan and deposit portfolios Ensuring the relationships
meet compliance and regulatory standards Sourcing and establishing
new banking relationships and lending opportunities to align with
Market objectives Requirements for the position include: A high
school diploma (or equivalent) Strong verbal and written
communication skills Strong computer skills Experience developing
business and/or customer relationships The ability to work flexible
and/or late hours Preferred qualifications for this position
include: Bachelor’s degree in a business related field Banking
