Option to work a hybrid schedule, with up to 2 work from home days weekly Competitive pay with full medical, dental, and vision coverage Employment perks including generous PTO, paid volunteer time, parental leave 401(k) with company match and annual profit sharing Free mental health support and wellness resources Employee housing discounts and sustainability perks Purpose-driven work with a tight-knit, values-based team Job Details Responsibilities: Partner with project teams to ensure accurate job costing, billing, and reporting Lead process improvements and scalable accounting workflows Support Sage Intacct re-implementation, with focus on automation and training Streamline development and construction cash cycle processes Automate workflows and implement best practices across teams Document procedures and build internal controls Handle journal entries, reconciliations, A/P oversight, and month-end close Review and process invoices across multiple projects Assist with financial reporting, audits, and lender/investor compliance Ensure data accuracy and adherence to GAAP and internal policies Manage weekly bill pay, ACHs, and wires Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related area of study 3 years AP experience Real estate development, construction or property management accounting experience preferred Familiarity with job costing and construction billing preferred Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred Interested in hearing more?
