Aisin Sprocket Final Audit
Job Description Summary
Audits and packages product prior to shipping.
This is a 2nd shift position, 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Inspects parts according to final acceptance instructions.
Packs parts for final shipment as per packaging info.
Notifies Supervisor in the event they find nonconformance
Identifies nonconforming material with reject tags till repair
reject tags are issued by Quality.
Fills out final acceptance instruction sheets and any other sheets
associated with the parts.
Performs any other jobs assigned by the Supervisor.
Maintains a safe work area by performing general housekeeping
duties in work area
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES WITHIN THE QUALITY SYSTEM:
Release product to ship or to the next operation by following
Stop production for nonconforming or suspect product.
Identify and record problems.
Recommend solutions to problems through channels.
EDUCATION: - -High School Diploma or GED preferred but not
TRAINING: - Appropriate internal training as listed on training
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This
position requires prolong standing and good vision is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Machine Shop environment
EXPERIENCE: - N/A
SKILLS: Basic math and good communication skills. - Previous
manufacturing experience preferred.
Required Skills and Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
