*LPN-LTC Needed in Nowata ,OK**Contract : 6 WEEKS**Shift : 8hrs Nights **Gross weekly :$1600**stipend weekly:$ 1000**Taxable pay weekly $:600**Blended Rate:$40/hr **OT Rate :$47.50/hr*Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.Duties:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, dressing changes, and catheterization- Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens- Assist with diagnostic procedures and examinations- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and self-care techniques- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of follow-up care- Document patient information accurately and maintain medical recordsSkills:- Proficient in ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes- Experience in infant care, toddler care, and family planning- Knowledge of pain management techniques and medication administration- Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols- Ability to perform tube feeding for patients requiring enteral nutrition support- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team membersRequirements:- Valid LPN license in OK- CPR certification- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Strong problem-solving skills- Flexibility to work various shifts as neededJoin our dedicated team of healthcare professionals and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
